Bob Mahnke - Principal/Owner & Apple^® Specialist

Bob has over 18 years experience in supporting Macintosh^® solutions in Prepress and Creative Service environments. His focus includes set up and installation of server and workstations, troubleshooting, and technical help desk outsourcing. Bob’s previous experience includes founding Kestrel, a premiere prepress solution provider and Director of Technology at Parkview School District.

Darrell Budic – Senior Systems & Network Engineer, ACMT, ACTC

Darrell is a true guru in tech circles. Darrell’s knowledge of Unix, local and wide area networking, is built upon years of experience as the owner of the ISP that was purchased by Chorus and eventually TDS. Darrell manages our Mac^® Support Team. He is an on site consultant for network servers and workstations. One of Darrell’s many strengths is the integration of Macs^® into Windows Active Directory environments and email servers.

Brian Kittleson – Service Manager

Brian is an Apple enthusiast and holds multiple Apple certifications. He has been configuring, tuning and repairing Apple computers and products for 18 years. He is happy to work with you one on one to get the most out of your Apple experience. For Brian it’s about quick turn arounds, machines running their best, and happy informed customers.

Beau Urban – Office Manager

As an Apple^® user and Product Professional, Beau specializes in pre and post product sales and support. Beau is the stalwart of the office team, and is usually the guy answering the phone when everyone else is on site at clients Beau does most of the purchasing and handles vendor relations and software licensing.

Paul Stokes – Business Development

Paul brings sales and marketing experience to the Graphite team. Among other things, Paul will be orchestrating Graphite’s marketing initiatives, helping Graphite develop its brand image, and fostering the growth of new business.
